Shogun holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and brings over 16 years of experience in Capital Markets and Investor Relations. He has been an integral part of SGA since 2014. Prior to joining SGA, he served as an Associate, Investor Relations at Aarnine Financial Markets Advisory LLP and Orbit Corporation Limited, and began his career as a Junior Associate at Edelweiss Securities Limited.

Jigar is an MBA professional with over 16 years of experience across Investor Relations and Corporate Finance. He has been with SGA since 2011. His previous roles include Manager, Investor Relations at Reliance Infrastructure; Assistant Manager, Investor Relations at Suzlon Energy and Financial Analyst at Seagal Financial Services.
Rahul Agarwal
Associate Director
Rahul is an MBA in Finance and a BE in Information Technology with more than 12 years of experience. He was part of SGA from January 2017 to March 2019 and rejoined the firm after a 1.5-year tenure at Tata Steel. During his time at Tata Steel, he played a key role in developing the ‘Shareholder Analysis System’ and managing IR functions at the Group level. His previous experiences also include roles at Value Vision Ltd, Centrum Capital Ltd and Dighi Port Ltd.
Neha Shroff
Associate Director
Neha is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA in Finance, with over 12 years of experience spanning Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and Financial Modelling. She was associated with SGA from June 2014 to November 2020, after which she worked with Ernst & Young and Orient Capital in senior IR roles. She returned to SGA in April 2024. Her earlier positions include Vice President, Investor Relations at Ernst & Young and Head Account Manager at Orient Capital and Research Analyst at K. R. Choksey Shares & Securities.
